Designer sofa - biotop

Are you relaxing because you need to regain your strength, or are you just lazy while sitting in your sofa?
Biotop is designed for the aesthetic user who wants a piece of furniture and not a bed in the living room. It is perfect in front of the home cinema, for reading and for conversation. If you become tired, then go to bed.
 

Crumbs, fluff and mites do not pile up in the ‘folds’ as in conventional sofas; they fall to the floor and will be removed by the vacuum cleaner. When you sit in Biotop, you do not sit on old crumbs and dirt – it keeps itself clean. The construction with spaces between the cushions makes the sofa light to look at and provides air for the body so you do not sweat on a hot summer day.
 

At some point your sofa can be made into armchairs or vice versa, or the cushions that support your back can be exchanged with the ones that you sit on when these have become too worn. If anything breaks, you can buy spare parts instead of doing away with the sofa. It can be expanded for 1,2,3,4... a number of people if you need a long sofa. Under the leather there is foam rubber (that can be more or less hard) in three layers, a layer of cotton wool and a layer of fabric. Everything is of the finest quality to achieve the right grif and longevity. The bottom side of the cushions is made of plywood (what skateboards are made of). The armrest has a framework of massive birch and plywood, and it is glued and screwed together. The legs are made of 10 kilos of massive steel which has been burnished by hand and polished for around six hours.
